Timely. Comfortable ride. Excellent service. Highly recommend!
Daisy who did organizing of the pick ups and getting everyone in seats and to and from hotels was brilliant.she is a great communicator who let us know any changes and we couldn't recommend working with her for administration any more highly, 5 stars. However the actual bus ride was FAR too long every other bus on the road passed us.tge driver would stop and wander off and never told us what was happening. We left at 8 am and didn't arrive till after 4pm! We were going to book return but with bad experience went with another company and they got us there in 2 hrs less and had a flat tyre and repaired it on the way!
Thank you for your 5-star review of our service. For the safety of passengers and due to traffic conditions during busy hours and traffic jams, sometimes the bus needs to travel more slowly than usual. Usually, the driver is informed in advance about traffic jam conditions. Similar to when you travel by airplane. Thank you very much!
The bus ride was smooth. The bus was stopped couple times, every two hours, for bedroom break ... that was good.
Very unfriendly drivers, unprofessional.
Just an average sleeper bus ride… pillows has slight odour, I came to realise that bus fare from this seller is almost USD $10 higher than similar rides, hence I hardly would recommend using this service. Better bargain without compromising on quality can be found elsewhere where. 😌😌😌
Impressive & comfy limo bus. The scheduling is a bit weird. We booked the 8:30am Sapa-Hanoi but it actually left Sapa bus station at ~10:15am. I think 8:30 is an estimate for hotel pick ups. You have to be a bit flexible.

Great experience, everything was smooth
Comfortable ride with the right pacing of stops. However, the driver could afford to be more polite; he came across as a little grumpy.
Sam was very responsive and helpful and even offered to provide a ride for my family to my hotel outside the Old Quarters. Though a basic tour bus ride, the company also provide other tour packages and able to help with other coordinations. My recommendation is to look for Sam if you have questions regarding the trips to multiple places and types of buses they provide. Thanks Sam.
