Bang was an amazing (sửng sốt) tour guide among the Cozy Cruise line. The room is quite comfortable with a private viewing balcony. It is fast paced with some time to relax during the sunset party, dinner and fun activities afterwards. You’ll experience breathtaking views and it is very peaceful waking up to tranquil waters and some of the thousand islands.

I had a great experience on Cozy Cruise, Tam was a phenomenal guide. He took good care of us & provided us valuable information on the culture, folklore and history throughout our time together. I highly recommended.
The scenery was beautiful and the boat was comfortable. Dinner food was not enjoyable, it was a set menu with Western styled dishes that tasted like there was added sugar throughout each component, 4/5 of the dishes were deep fried and extremely heavy. Buffet was limited and most food was under seasoned or cooked poorly, also wasn’t much variety of fruit at the fruit station. A nice homely cooked Vietnamese styled dinner / buffet would have been more ideal. All activities felt rushed and we would have liked to spend more time throughout the whole tour in the scenery’s and enjoying the views and activities. A nicer paced tour / cruise would be more enjoyable as we also spent a lot of time waiting for boats, busses and meal times. All staff were friendly and kind aside from one young female who spoke rudely to different guests who were asking simple questions or asking for assistance. Initial on and off boarding of the cruise from the port needs to be rethought out as we had to get onto a smaller boat for 30 seconds from the pier and drive around the cruise boat to the back and board the cruise, all while the cruise was parked right next to the smaller boat and the pier. We did the same when off boarding and the tail end of the smaller boat submerged into the water with everyone’s luggage getting soaked. Views and scenery 10/10 Room and boat comfort 9/10 Time and schedules of cruise itinerary 1/10 Boat crew 7/10 Food 1/10
Bang was an amazing tour guide, so patient, organised and great humour. Staff on board were kind and helpful and room was clean.
Our tour guide was super friendly and nice! Took us to all the places and explained everything clearly! Sunset party and karaoke was super fun and we had a lovely time on the cruise. Very relaxing!
Overall the tour was wonderfull. we enjoed alot there. Specially our guide Mr. Tam was very kind and helpfull. Even i forgot to bring the wallet at kayaking place and Mr. Tam lended money for us to buy the water there. Thank you for everything Mr. Tam and the cruise team. (I posted the photo here with Mr. Tam)
Tam is very good and humble person .He helped us in many more things and we were jst feeling like home
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Halong Bay trip was absolutely amazing and worth every penny! The activities were so much fun, and the whole experience was well organised. The best part of the trip was definitely our tour guide, Tam. He was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. His warm personality and great service made the trip truly memorable. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay! 🌊✨
