17.30: ガイドとトゥクトゥクの運転手がホテルからすべてのゲストをピックアップし、ルアンパバーン旧市街近くの地域社会や古い通りのロケーションにすべてのゲストを連れて行き、その後ルアンパバーンの通りや路地を風通し、地元の家族を訪問し、夜に一緒に食事をします
地元の人しか行かないような、本当に人里離れた場所でしか味わえない、街で一番おいしい地元の食べ物を味わっています。 他の観光客は見かけません 家族経営のレストランで 自分では見つけられませ フードストップの合間には、ビール・ラオスを飲み放題にしながら、英語ガイドと街についておしゃべりできます。
4～5軒のフードストップを巡りながら、代々名産品を作ってきた家庭について知ることができます。 その作り方や、何が特別なのか、地元の人に教えていただきます。 地元のBBQジョイントで自分で肉を焼いたり、最高のライスヌードルやフルーツドリンクを食べたり、美味しい料理をできたてのルアンパバーンココナッツパンケーキで包んだり、もっと！ ツアーは、町から近い場所にある地元のゲストハウスで終わります。

Most of the route was off paved roads, with a big part going through the forest - amazing views and a great experience! Our guide was super friendly and knew a lot, and the bikes were high quality and in great condition. It was a tiring but fantastic day.
