各クラス6名のみの参加となります。 15歳以上 フランス語のパティシエが指導するコースでは、パフパティシエの生地の緻密さからフレーク状の食感を生み出す裏にある化学まで、完璧なクロワッサン作りの秘訣をすべて学ぶことができます。 勉強熱心でありながら楽しい雰囲気の中で、実践的な学習と個別指導を十分に受けることができます。 3時間のツアーで、お土産のおいしさを持ち帰りましょう。 バターたっぷりのおいしいクロワッサンを作るテクニックを学びます。 モンマルトルやサクレクール寺院から目と鼻の先にある、設備の整った歓迎のスタジオは、クロワッサン作りの技術を学び実践するのに最適な環境を提供します。 スキルを完璧に身につければ、その場でホットドリンクを飲みながら美味しい創作物を堪能したり、後で持ち帰ったりすることができます。

Recommend you do this early in your trip...what you make should last you all week. Class was well taught and monitored to make sure you are performing the critical steps correctly. Chef was friendly and also suggested other areas of town to vist.

Worth the time and effort. I am not a baker nor am I that great in the cooking department but this was an enjoyable experience that taught me about the techniques involved in making a croissant. Plus, a fun environment with the added benefit of eating!
