Regarding the meeting point, due to the high demand for this highly regarded activity, it cannot be a single location, as we collaborate with a few carefully selected and tested chefs. Therefore, indicating a single meeting point is not possible. In this regard, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early in front of our offices, from where you will then reach the actual activity location, all of which are within a 5-minute walk. As for the explanation of the recipes, part of the lesson inevitably involves theory before getting hands-on with the cooking process. Additionally, the procedure for making gelato, once the ingredients are mixed, requires an extended mixing phase, which is often skipped for participants to have more time for questions and in-depth learning. We apologize for not providing you with the recipes before leaving the class; it was an oversight. If you would like, please contact us via email, and we will promptly send you the recipes.
