Mani was available and waiting for me when I came out of Nadi Airport. He was helpful. Xplore was also accommodating with the change of pickup time from hotel to airport for my departure.
Friendly, ontime, clean bus, trailer to transport luggage was a trouble free experience. Helpful to load and unload luggage.

My driver Sahil Shamim was very kind and communicative getting me to my location, which was several hours away from the airport. He also kept my drive enjoyable by chatting with me on the way there and explaining how I could get my transfer back. He also helped me find ATM's to exchange cash on the way and gave me some tips on how to get around and pay for things. I would recommend him as a driver and will likely request him again if I take another transfer in Nadi.

We had a large family group of 13, including 7 children in the group. Staff were punctual, friendly, helpful with luggage, the carseats were installed ready for use on pick up and the air-conditioned vehicles were great. Woudl highly recommend.
