Thank you for your feedback. We are, however, a little surprised by some of the expectations described in your review. The €50 paid was for the **ticket-only service booked through a tour operator**, not simply the €28 face-value museum admission. The difference covers the booking and tour-operator service, which allows guests to secure their entrance in advance and avoid purchasing directly at the museum. As clearly stated in the booking, **no guide or commentary was included**. Therefore, expecting a guide to accompany you through the museum and explain the exhibits would unfortunately require booking a guided tour rather than an entrance-ticket service. As for the crowds, security procedures, clothing rules, mobile-phone restrictions and the temperature, these are all conditions imposed or determined by the Vatican Museums and the high visitor numbers—particularly during the summer season—not by our company. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and hope this clarifies the difference between a ticket-only service and a guided tour.

The additional cost covers the reservation, handling, and service provided by the tour operator. If the expectation was to pay only the museum’s face-value admission price, the most economical option would, of course, be to purchase directly from the Vatican Museums. We understand that paying for a service beyond the ticket price may come as a surprise, but the price of a tour-operator service is clearly different from the museum's admission fee.
