Garden : 30 mnの庭園でのガイドツアー。 (スタンダード、スモールグループ、セミプライベートオプションのみご利用頂けます。 エッセンシャル・グループは各自で訪問)。
ガイド付きツアーの後は、約 2 時間 (半日ツアーの場合) または 4 時間 (1 日ツアーの場合) かけて、自分のペースで散策し、ヴェルサイユ宮殿の素晴らしさを独り占めして、宮殿の宝物を自由に発見してください。
半日の場合は 4 時間、一日の場合は 6 時間ヴェルサイユに滞在した後、ドライバーが城の前でお客様をお迎えし、パリに戻ります。(オプション 5 を除き、交通手段はありません)

- ツアーは限られています。理由の如何を問わず、土壇場での予約のキャンセルや変更はできません。 チケットの払い戻しは、美術館が行うことはできません。 イベント日から24時間以内のキャンセル、または不参加の場合、100%のキャンセル料が発生します。
- 参加者は、3時間ほどガイドに従って行動する準備をしてください。 ヴェルサイユ宮殿はかなり混み合うことがあり、予定された訪問時間を守らなければならない。 ガイドによる個別対応はできませんのでご了承ください。 歩行困難や健康上の問題など、不安な点がございましたら、皆様に楽しんでいただくために、本ツアーへの参加を再考されることをお勧めします。
- ベルサイユは非常に広く、建物内と庭園全体に多数の階段と凹凸のある石畳が含まれているため、障害者、特に長距離の歩行や階段の登りが困難な方にはお勧めできません。
- 当社の車両は、障害者の乗客に適していません、我々は同様に車椅子を輸送する能力を持っていません。

I have wanted to visit Versailles most of my adult life and we couldn't have had a better guide. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the history behind the Bourbons and the palace. Everything was so convenient from when we stepped off the van to getting back on. Thank you! I will never forget it.
Although the palace and garden were beautiful, our tour was rushed. Naomi, our tour guide, did not allow for time to take pictures or explore. There was a retired couple who needed to take a break and she only allowed them five minutes and encouraged them to “power through.” We felt as if she had something else to do immediately afterwards and we were not a priority. While we are not looking for a refund, we felt it important to share the experience for future customers. Since we arrived in France, we have taken five tours and this one is the only one that did not meet our expectations.

We fully understand your frustration regarding the pace of the tour and the limited time available to take photos or explore the site. Due to the current high temperatures in Paris, our guides have received specific instructions to keep groups moving more quickly inside the château, in order to avoid long periods of standing still and to help ensure the comfort and safety of all visitors. We would also like to remind guests that the Palace of Versailles is a very large site, and this type of tour requires a certain level of physical ability. Participants should generally be able to stand and follow the guide for approximately 2 to 3 hours, sometimes with limited opportunities to sit down, depending on the crowds and the conditions on site. If a visitor feels they may not be able to keep up with this pace, it is best to inform us before the tour or consider cancelling, in order to avoid an uncomfortable experience. That being said, these constraints should not have made you feel rushed or as though you were not a priority. We also regret that the couple who needed a break felt they did not receive sufficient attention and support. Your comments are important to us and will be shared with our team so that we can continue to improve the balance between respecting the site’s instructions, ensuring visitors’ comfort, and providing a high-quality guided experience. Our guide was Nafi and she was fantastic
We loved our tour guide! She was very knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
The tour was great. Nafi, our guide was very good explaining the history of the Versailles p”Palace and the gardens. Our driver, Sumith picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off at the hotel at the end of the tour with great care. Thank you Nafi and Sumith for a very pleasant experience. We highly recommend this tour.
Even though it was hot so very hot. The tour was fabulous. So much beauty and history! Such a great tour!
Although a little bit pricey, however if gives us a peace of mind especially when in comes to transportation in going to Versailles with our limited time spent in Paris. Tour guide Namfi is very knowledgeable about the history of the palace in addition to what we had learned from books and documentary films. She speaks so fluent English that we can really understand the history. With her guidance it’s easy for us navigate the place afterwards. I will give her 5 star for that tour.We are really satisfied the way she handles it.
We loved our tour and tour guide Nofi at Versailles. My poor review comes from the tour driver / operator leaving us at Versailles during a security incident that closed down all the exits. We could not get out in time to meet up with our guide. There was much confusion at the site and we were redirected several times to various exits that ended up being closed as we were trying to leave. My husband texted the tour operator stating we would be late but when we went to the meetup spot ten minutes late- there was no driver. We ended up paying for a very expensive taxi ride back into Paris. Viator has taken no responsibility - nor has the tour operator. No one even reached out to us to see if we were ok. Put a damper on what was a lovely day.

We are sincerely sorry that the security incident at Versailles caused confusion and stress during your visit. However, we would like to clarify an important point regarding the return transfer. Our driver did not leave immediately. He waited 10 minutes at the meeting point, inside the vehicle, with the other clients already on board. These clients were also waiting and can confirm that the driver remained there during this additional waiting time. As this is a shared tour, we have to apply the same rule for all guests. We cannot manage delays on a case-by-case basis, because if one party is late, the entire group is delayed. This would be unfair to the other clients and can also affect the rest of the day’s organization. Regarding your message, our records show that we received a message from you approximately six hours later, not at the time of the pickup. We did not receive any message or phone call during the actual meeting time. Had you contacted us directly at that moment, our customer service team would have responded quickly, as we are used to handling these situations in real time. We understand that having to take a taxi back to Paris was frustrating and costly, and we regret that this situation affected the end of your day. However, the delay was caused by an external security incident at Versailles, and the driver followed the scheduled procedure after waiting beyond the planned departure time. We remain sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances outside our control or for a late arrival at the meeting point after the driver had already waited. Our tour guide was outstanding! She provided wonderful information on Versailles and the kings and tips for visiting the gardens. Our only disappointment was the delayed start time and the fact that the driver would not allow us to be dropped off with another group much closer to our hotel, leaving us to travel 40 minutes extra back to our hotel. He told us he wasn’t a taxi!!! We weren’t asking for an extra stop just one significantly closer to our hotel and a stop he was already making. Not the best end to a wonderful day.
The tour was great and very informative. I guide was very knowledgeable. However the cab driver was horrible!! We were checking out of our hotel in Paris to transfer to the Waldorf Astoria, which is a half mile from Versailles. The plan was to drop off our luggage and go to the 10 am tour. The driver pulled up in a 10 passenger van and was very upset when we had our backpacks and two large suitcases in tow. He said there was no room to put them. We argued that the van was empty and that we could put the luggage at our feet. He went off in a temper, taking out two carry on bags and made a call to Viator. He came back 10 minutes later and dumped the bags and dumped us - even though out ticket price included transportation! Our hotel scrambled to get us another cab and we just made it to the tour. We spent cab money unnecessarily and experienced a lot of unnecessary anxiety. I would like to get a refund for the cab fare.

Our vehicles are exclusively reserved for scheduled tours and excursions and do not provide luggage transport services. In accordance with our booking terms and conditions, large suitcases and bulky luggage are not permitted on board for reasons of safety, comfort, and operational organization. Furthermore, it is important to note that entry to the Palace of Versailles is strictly prohibited with suitcases or large bags. Such items are not allowed inside the site, and visitors are systematically refused entry or directed to external storage facilities. In this context, the driver’s decision was fully in line with the applicable rules and procedures. We would also like to clarify that some clients may mistakenly assume that our service operates like a taxi or moving service. This is not the case. Our excursions are strictly limited to the advertised tour activities and do not include luggage transport or hotel-to-hotel transfers.
