Werner was an excellent guide. He was so knowledgeable about the many layers of history of Perugia. And since we visited during intense heat, he knew short cuts so that we could be in the shade as much as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on this tour
I would not have known the historical importance and cultural relevance of Perugia if i had not taken this tour. Touring with a local guide is educational , fun. and the best way to learn about a city. Michele, our guide, a local, was amazing!
