Best way to get to and from resorts/airports.
I used the Viator private transfer instead of a taxi or resort shuttle to travel from the airport to the resort. I was in Jamaica for a wedding and found out, through other wedding guest, that the private transfer is faster than the resort shuttles and cheaper than a taxi. Both drivers were friendly and professional. I’m glad I booked the private transfer.

Anthony and Glenn were fantastic drivers. They were prompt, professional, and a joy to ride with. My husband and I were glad that we chose to start and end our trip using this service. I would highly recommend them for private airport transfers.

I would definitely recommend this service.
Our flight was delayed and tedious getting through the airport and obtaining our luggage. However, the young man was outside waiting outside for us and he called the driver to take us to our destination .

Thank you for the patience!
We were stuck in customs lines for almost 2 hours due to a power outage (storms). Our van was booked for 12noon and we couldn't get out to the driver until 130pm! I was able to call the driver to let him know but assumed he would leave for other passengers. I am not sure if it was him who was there to receive us or if he rotated to a colleague BUT we had a welcome ride safely to the hotel! I was soooo thankful that we still had a ride and that the vehicle was clean and smelled good! I would use Viator again for sure!
