I booked a private transfer between Sangster International Airport and Negril through Viator, operated by Lewis Taxi and Tours Jamaica. Unfortunately, the driver’s behavior left me feeling unsafe on both the arrival and return trips. The driver frequently sped, reaching approximately 100 km/h, swerved in and out of traffic, and exhibited road rage toward other motorists and motorcyclists. I understand there are many potholes along this route, but the driving made an already challenging road feel even more dangerous. I should not have spent the roughly 1.5-hour journey fearing we would be involved in a crash. Passenger safety should be the priority for any transportation service. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable booking Lewis Taxi and Tours Jamaica again. I urge the company to address its drivers’ conduct and safety practices.

Very easy to find our driver at the airport with a sign with our name on it. Road conditions to Negril are very bad but the driver works hard to avoid the potholes as much as possible. Good service by Sean, pleasant!

Sean was waiting for us when we arrived. The car was cleaned, AC worked perfectly, ride the smooth, and he even stopped at a store for us in route to hotel. Communication was great prior to pick up. Will use him again.

We had an amazing experience with this private taxi transfer from Montego Bay Airport to our hotel in Negril. Traveling with a large family group of 7 adults can sometimes be stressful, but our driver, Ricardo, made everything completely seamless and worry-free.The vehicle was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for all of us and our luggage. Ricardo was professional, punctual, and incredibly friendly. He even made a special stop for us along the way to pick up some delicious authentic Jamaican patties, which was a huge hit with the whole family! It was the perfect, relaxing start to our vacation. I highly recommend this private transfer service to anyone looking for a smooth, fun, and reliable ride in Jamaica!

The trip from the hotel to the airport was terrible... the driver was very reckless, honking and braking abruptly, driving winding. Got sick and was really happy when we arrived at the airport. He even stopped half way to stretch his legs. I think he is not suitable to drive.

Driver did a great job getting us to the airport safely and swiftly. The vehicle was clean, and well maintained.

Our driver was at the airport when we arrived. Greeted us as we exited the airport with sign in hand. He made sure to get us safely to our destination.
