This was so easy - no stress about waiting in lines. Our drive was smooth and quick - we made it to the airport in just 30 minutes in quiet comfort.

We had an early flight from Vancouver airport, so arranged w VanLimo for a private pickup. We had to wait at the cruise terminal about 20 minutes for the car to be brought up. That seemed very long to me. My brother was on the same cruise and had a different early flight, so he booked his own limo service to the airport. At the cruise terminal, after my brother left in the private car from another limo service, it was discovered that he had left his cell phone behind and we were given the phone to give to him at the airport. We did not know the name of the other limo service whose car he was in and could not reach my brother because we had his cell phone. Our VanLimo driver, Simar, made numerous efforts while getting us to the airport efficiently, to reach out to the cruise terminal dispatch office as well as another possible limo carrier to see if they could reach my brother in the car to tell him that we had his phone and to prevent him from returning to the cruise terminal to look for his phone and possibly miss his flight. Our driver, Simar, gave exceptional customer service that morning, and everything turned out fine. Thank you, Simar!

I set this ride up for our kids and grandkids and to get to the airport from our cruise ship. They had a smooth ride to the airport and said ge was a great driver. Very happy!

Confusion about time of arrival. I called to confirm time for pick-up and person thought it was the call for pick-up so driver arrived early. When we got to the pick-up area at the port he received a call and knew where we were. He emailed us during this confusion but we had no way of seeing them. However, once we connected all went very well. Hope the driver didn't miss other passengers.

Driver was on time. Very pleasant and professional. We were a party of 7 and three members of our party had gone back inside when the driver arrived. He was extremely patient and accommodating as we had to wait for our family members to return! Vehicle was very clean and comfortable! Great experience!

Leaving the port is a bit chaotic, but our driver made the experience much less stressful. He was professional and friendly. He helped with our luggage at the port and the airport. Super nice guy!
