The airport is very busy. Prepare for uber like experience. Drivers use their own vehicle. Would use again.
I was expecting a luxury-style ride (e.g., a black sedan or SUV) with a professional driver, but it was just a regular Uber-level car with a regular driver. Having said that, he arrived on time, and we got to where we needed to go. Nothing wrong with it, but it would have been less expensive to simply use Uber.
Vancouver Island is beautiful and well worth visiting. The gardens were absolutely stunning. The cons - we has about 1 hour in Victoria - so didn’t get to see much. Saw a couple of birds on the ferry rides, no whales. It was a very long day - not for the faint of heart! Be prepared to ride on the bus - you will be in the bus 4 different times over 1 hour each. We were we were picked up at 8:45 am and did not get dropped off until 10:00 PM. Made for a very long day. The bus/tour guide was ok, he knew Vancouver and Victoria well but he did have a nasty side and made a political comment that was offensive.
On time, right vehicle for our group, professional, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend Viator for shuttle needs.
Our flight arrived early so I texted our driver and he was there within a few minutes after we arrived at the stop. Courteous and pleasant
Our flight was late yet our driver stayed to make sure we had our ride to our VRBO which was really appreciated.
The Tour Company was great as far as getting back to me and confirming gave me a description of the vehicle I would be picked up by and the driver‘s name. We contacted MATT. upon our arrival at Vancouver International Airport. He was on time he even picked us up at a location different from where we were supposed to meet very accommodating pleasant safe driving good conversation. On our way to the hotel. I would recommend this company hundred percent.
Booking was easy- driver sent text and email of car license number, color and make. I had to text him the make of the car as well as get a meeting point for outs of the airport. With not being familiar with this airport this was a little tough. He responded to me quickly so I could tell him a pole at the uber pick up area. Good ride to location.
Pickup can be confusing at Canada Place but we were in touch throughout the morning and met our driver easily.
