Ordered a nice car and somehow a switch happened. Different driver with a tiny car that I had trouble getting in and out plus they Were 30 minutes late

Didn't know Vancouver at all. Driver sent us a picture of where he was parked and kept in touch with us until we disembarked from cruise ship and got to his car. Vancouver is huge and he got us to our hotel safely and without issue.

Everything went smoothly. Our driver was on time and made good time to the Cruise Port. The price was very reasonable.

Mohamed was great! On time and very friendly. He knows Vancouver and provided excellent information.

Our driver was Mohammad, he waited on us over an hour at the pick up location. Our ship was slow with the luggage delivery which caused us to be late. If he had not waited, we would have missed our early flight. He was very nice and had a clean ride. He handled all our luggage and made an effort to get us to the airport on time. I will use this service in the future.

Easy to book and reliable. Plane was an hour late. And driver was very accommodating! Followed our flight and took us to our hotel without a beat.

We used Tick Tours for airport to hotel service. There were nine of us, including three with long legs and at least 18 pieces of luggage. We were picked up in a Mercedes Sprinter van which was extremely clean and had plenty of room. Our Driver, Emad, contacted me shortly after our plane landed. Unfortunately, one person had a problem with their luggage so it took us longer to get outside. Emad stayed in constant contact with me and was very patient, professional and personable. The price was reasonable for what we needed.

Transportation from the airport to the cruise terminal was amazing! The driver was very nice. The cost was extremely reasonable.

We thought we were getting a sprinter van for 6 people n bags. We got 2 mini vans. One was very dirty! Drivers were nice, but Clean vehicles are important! We shouldn’t enter a van full of trash and french fries on the floor. Please advise drivers to have clean cars. Plus picture is mis leading! We will think twice before we hire again. Sorry, but we were disappointed!
