ナポリ発、ランチ付きカプリ島日帰り旅行

My first terrible experience with Viator ! And I’ve booked over a dozen excursions with Viator. This one was a different port than the one we were at. A man on a bike who refused to meet us made my mom walk over 30 min to find him. He gave us the wrong tickets. We never got to Anacapri and we never got to eat lunch. We spent double the $ buying tickets and lunch. This was worst possible experience ever . And on top they refused to give us a partial refund back . Don’t do this one ! Trust me

Great way to see Capri in a day. Loved that it included pretty much everything we would need other than personal spending. We would have been able to better plan our day if we knew prior to the day of what time our boat would return to Naples. We later learned that we could have left on an earlier boat but that wasn’t until the last minute so we ended up staying on the island for 12 hours. Thankfully the kids wanted to spend the majority of time at the beach so we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella to relax. Overall it was a nice trip and we feel we got our moneys worth.

Very disappointed in the lunch that was included with the package. Also thought it was a bit too long of a day.

Probably was okay but I didn't want to take the time to get back to my hotel in Naples about 10 o'clock on the late ferry boat so I just had lunch in the main square and didn't use any of the coupons I was a little disappointed that the way to get to a restaurant that he contracted with was far enough out that you had to take a public bus to get to it which is why I gave it four stars if I had wanted to take the late ferry boat back I'd probably could have taken a tour to the Blue grotto but I didn't want to get back that right

A nice experience to be redone in the company of friends and family the more we are and the better 👍👍💯💯💯👭👬👫. ....................

I dont see a Point of paying this much money when you make your own way to Port waiting in long queues for ticket. I find it lot cheaper to do things yourselves. For Food we basically had no options or menu given. Had to chose btw pizza Margerita or Bland tomato spagetti. Starter only had salad and dessert icecream which they said was Icecream Tremissu. There were few more options of resturants on ticket but i believe all have the same Menus for Trip tours. Only good thing was the Operators of Tour were friendly and responded everything i Emailed or texted them.

Thanks to Michaela and Martina! They were above and beyond on their service, also Capri is beautiful and worth a visit! Restaunrant was really good also

Great day trip. They only bought the tickets (ferry / boat tour), on the island itself everything was self-directed. Also a lunch - we chose the recommendation of the seller of the tickets - was excellent & problem-free. We had forgotten the return tickets in the restaurant - settled by phone by Martina (very friendly & helpful). Clear recommendation!! THANK YOU Martina;)

69 euros for boat round trip + lunch in a decent restaurant with 2 courses + dessert + drink The island of Capri is beautiful! The only downside: you have to go to an agency first to redeem your voucher
