Cruise shuttle dropped us off in town where the attendant was. We swapped our voucher for a ticket. Then the attendant got distracted and didn't give us a map of Pisa. When I asked the other attendant for a map she went to get one and never returned. When we arrived at Pisa they were nowhere to be found No maps left either. Had to ask a local which way to go from bus depot to the site. Overall I thought they cared more about the Europeans than the English Speaking Tourists. There won't be a next time for us. Bus driver did his job!

Traveled with Viator many times in the past, but never had such a bad experience like today. First of all, when the bus driver let people to come in, AC was not working and it was like a sauna inside the bus. During our trip to Pizza AC still could not provide the comfortable temperature inside the bus and the individual air outlets did not work. The bus driver was not at the level of the tourist bus driver. The ride was not smooth with the sudden stops and acceleration. A very disappointing experience

Due to the bad weather, we were able to start the tour two hours earlier. The bus was good and the ride was quick. The stay lasted exactly two hours and was sufficient.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to get our family of 5 from cruise port to Pisa and this was the best option. It was easy to book online the night before, got confirmation right away. Took free bus to port terminal and the bus met us there. It was so easy. Ride was comfortable on double decker bus. We have more than enough time at site before heading back. Well worth it!

My wife had never been here before, and so we needed to get to the site as cost effectively as possible. The tours from the cruise ship were just too expensive for poor folk like us. The day was beautiful; the journey was comfortable, we were all cheerful. My wife adored the place. It was an epic adventure, and unforgetable.

Lots of walking long way from where the bus drops you off. Dangerous street crossings to get to the tower. Beware!
Transfer 20 minutes late but caught up on the return time. That's 1:20 instead of 1:00. The two hours available are sufficient to contemplate the buildings from the outside without a visit.
