We had a wonderful experience. Mimma was knowledgeable and friendly. We visited a cheesemaker and a produce market. Both were very interesting. Then we returned to her home to make pasta and tiramisu. We had a lovely lunch in her garden. Both Mimma and her husband are wonderful people.
We paid almost 600.00 for a service we didn’t receive and she did not return my money. Poor management, incorrect last minute details of tour. Limited English and could not communicate when phoned.

I loved visiting the Point of Sale and seeing the cheese making. The cooking class was super interesting and the food and wine excellent. I recommend it to all!
Our experience with Mimma was the highlight of our trip! She was kind, generous, helpful, and committed to making sure each person had a great experience based on their own needs, language, and previous cooking skills. From touring the local market and learning how fresh mozzarella was made to cooking a local dish and having great conversation as we ate, everything was beyond expectations. We loved every minute and would highly recommend this class for anyone hoping to have an authentic gand memorable experience in Brindisi!
Amazing experience with Mimma in her home. We loved every minute of it and will cherish the memories of the market, mozzarella and especially the cooking experience. Highly highly recommend you spend at least some of your time in Brindisi with this wonderful family.
A very nice experience with Claudia and her lovely family. It included a cooking class and a delicious meal with several local dishes cooked to perfection. It took place in their cosy farmhouse just outside Brindisi. Since I don’t have any access to a car, they picked me up at my hotel. Overall a perfect night with a lovely family.
6 of us in our group and we all had a fantastic experience. Mimma and her husband were outstanding hosts, their home was charming and Mimma,s instructional cooking class was fun and very hands-on. I would highly recommend this experience while visiting Brindisi!! Patti (Charlotte NC)
This was a fantastic experience. Paola was patient, kind and a very good cook. We learned a lot, discovered many flavours and had a really great time with her and her helpful husband. We will do orecchiette again, with turnip flowers if we can find them at home. It was epic ! Thank you again ! - two belgian foodies
