Our guide was a delightful lush. I experienced cheeses before paired excellently with wines I never tried. He has the knowledge not just as a gourmet & cheese seller but as a man who takes delight in every bite that crosses his path.
This was the best wine & cheese tasting I have ever done! Thomas was fantastic and spoke very good English. It was at Museum of Fromage (cheese) on Ille Saint Louis. He went over cheese regions in France and then we sat at table in underground cave and ate 7 cheeses paired with 3 wines. It was group of 8, perfect size. Highly recommend and a must for anyone who loves cheese & wine!!!
Guillaume was a wonderful host. We learned so much and enjoyed the wine and cheese immensely. We did this on our first day; it was a great way to ignore the jet lag. Highly recommend.

The cheese selection was amazing — such great variety and quality — and the wine pairings were exquisite, clearly chosen with real care to complement each cheese. What truly made the experience unforgettable was our cheese expert. She was phenomenal — funny, witty, and incredibly knowledgeable, and she brought so much personality and passion to the tasting. Her stories and explanations made every pairing feel special, and her humor kept the whole group laughing throughout. This was hands down one of the best cheese and wine experiences we've had in Paris. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting — you won't be disappointed!

This was a highlight of our trip to Paris! We learned a lot about French wine, French cheese, and had a lot of fun. Highly recommend especially after a busy day of museums.
