The night tour of the Basilica was an incredible experience. Shannon was an excellent guide and shared so much information in an entertaining and easy going way. She understood European and American customs and was able to answer many detailed questions. I highly recommend her and this tour!

A highlight of our time in Venice. It was extremely special to be at the Basilica with a small group of people, and our guide, Ottavia, was engaging and super informative. I learned so much and my husband and I came away extremely impressed and immersed - something that would not have happened had we just gone alone and looked around ourselves. The rich history and stories present in all parts of the Basilica made this experience unparalleled.

Shannon, our guide for the private evening tour of the Basilica was outstanding. A native English speaker and the lack of crowds created an atmosphere for getting lots of information and asking lots of questions. Also, a trip to the catacombs, not open during the day. One of the most interesting tours we have taken. Not just History, but connecting elements chronologically. Highly recommended.
Our guide was excellent and knew extraordinary details about all aspects and nooks and crannies of the basilica. The after hours tour is amazing - so private, so quiet, no rush and they turn the lights on slowly to see the golden dome ceilings glow. Incredible experience.
