A don’t miss experience’
This was a unique experience and we are so glad we were able to do it! Our guide gave us great information about the history of St. Mark’s. We were able to visit the crypt and see the Pala d’Oro which was breathtaking! Our guide was excellent and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was very observant of us. I was experiencing very bad hip pain and she made sure I could sit whenever possible. That was very helpful!

Incredible tour experience
This tour was among the best not only of Venice but of the many that we have been to in dozens of countries. Being in the church at night without crowds made it worth every penny alone but Octavia our guide made it incredible. She was knowledgeable and personable but not overbearing. Would love to do more tours with her of Venice. Highly recommend for an extraordinary experience.

Would recommend Saint Mark’s VIP Night Tour
The small group after-hours tour of Saint Mark’s Basilica was fantastic! It was beautiful seeing the Basilica with the lights turned on. Filippo was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable.

Nico is the best!
My family and I attended this tour with our magnificent guide, Nico. He was kind, answered all our questions, and was enthusiastic the entire tour. Highly recommend this experience for the church as well as Nico!

Magical experience, ok guide
Seeing St. Mark’s at night with the lights turning on one section by section (and without the crowds) was absolutely magical. We were not impressed by the tour guide though. While his knowledge and technical expertise was adequate, he kept insulting the Catholic Church, which ruined the experience for our Catholic family.

Spectacular!
We really enjoyed our evening tour of St. Marks basilica…it was so nice being inside without the crowd and seeing the mosaics lit up in the evening light! Romy gave us such a nice tour and pointed out so many details! She did a great job! We highly recommend this tour

Wonderful in depth tour of St Marks!
What a wonderful tour! It’s so beautiful inside the church and having practically to ourselves was amazing! I loved the guide Romy who was a historian and could tell us so much detail about everything in there. Seeing the crypt was incredible too. What a once in a lifetime experience! It was extremely hot so bring a fan and dress in light clothing.

Amazing experience
Lorenzo was a fantastic guide and this experience was a great way to learn some about Venice. The ability to see inside the Basilica at night and see the ceiling lit up was beautiful. If you have the opportunity to do one excursion in Venice I would highly recommend this one.
