I have no words to thank Leonardo for the wonderful tour he has provided us.
He has been a super kind, attentive, and cultured guide.
He explained everything to us with great dedication and joy, he adapted to our family with the baby's pace, with great patience, he helped us with every staircase with the baby stroller.
He waited for us at the Sistine Chapel to then take us to St. Peter's Basilica.
He is one of the best guides we have encountered on our trip.
Without him, it would have been impossible to see everything we saw and learn so much.
Thank you Leonardo for having been such a spectacular guide.

After doing all the research, I’m so glad I picked this tour!
Oh my goodness we LOVED our tour with Chiara! What a wealth of knowledge and just so joyful! We paid for a private guide because we wanted the tour to cater to our interests and Chiara was the perfect guide for us! Her energy is electric and her obvious comfort and happiness in the churches is contagious! Thank you, Chiara for sharing all your knowledge and experience!

Vatican Museum express
Our tour was fantastic! Francesco is such a professional. Not only did we see how polite and respectful he was with everyone he encountered along the way (other tour groups, other museum patrons and various staff and security personnel) but he read our group perfectly. He shared just the right amount of information at each stop along the way to keep us engaged. It was perfect! Thank you!

Skip the line is good, guide not good
Wasn’t great, no earpiece system so it was really hard to hear our guide even when they did speak. Not a lot of stories or content, basic kids activity books that weren’t good. Lots of times the guide was asking us to ask them questions if we wanted to know anything but on other tours we have done we have had interesting stories and facts that there is no way we would know to ask for. Wouldn’t recommend. Besides the skip the line benefits we’d have been better off ourselves with the audio guide.

Unforgettable Tour!
The Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel tour was the highlight of our visit!
Francesca is exceptionally knowledgeable and conducted a fantastic tour, complete with all of the interesting information, curiosity and time for photos. It was a pleasure and we highly recommend Francesca and Liv Tours. The ticketing, communication and logistics were all well organized and made it easy for us.
We would absolutely seek out Liv Tours on our next vacation.

Our Private Family Experience | First Entry Vatican, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica Tour was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience—made even better by our incredible guide, Linda.
Linda was truly top-notch. She had a wonderful way of speaking to the children so they could understand and stay engaged, and she kept their interest the entire time—no small feat in such a vast museum! Her knowledge was extraordinary, yet she explained everything with clarity, enthusiasm, and warmth.
One of the highlights was having the museum practically to ourselves thanks to the early access. Walking through the galleries and the Sistine Chapel in such a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere made the experience feel magical and deeply personal.
We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better tour. Highly recommended for families—this is the perfect way to experience the Vatican.

Vatican Museums with Giovanni
We had a wonderful experience with Giovanni at the Vatican Museum yesterday! He was delightful, attentive, and informative. We enjoyed his expertise on showing us the artwork in the museum. He interacted with every tour participant and took an interest in where we were from. I hope we can tour with Giovanni again in the future.

Hard to beat
Leonardo was a great tour guide! I loved how he capitalized on our time in line to give us a lot of the history, so we could move fast to the overlook of St Peter’s and get good pictures in the morning light. He knew a lot about the Vatican and shared great insights once we were inside. Highly recommend.

Excellent Experience
Overall, the tour and experience through the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel was incredible. Our tour guide Vera was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to really guide us to an impactful experience even though we were pressed for time (due to our schedule).
