This tour is very art-focused, which we enjoyed very much, but some people may be interested in experiencing the Vatican from a different perspective. Our guide, Gaga, was SO knowledgeable, and provided very interesting background and perspective on the things we saw. Everything is stunning and there is an overwhelming amount to see, so we were very happy to have someone direct us to the highlights and tell us about what we were looking at, or what to look for. Keep in mind that this a 2 1/2 hour tour, so you will only have time for a small part of the Vatican Museums + Sistene Chapel. If you want to see more of the museums, you either need a full-day tour or to visit on your own. We definitely recommend this tour, though!

Excellent Tour and guide!
Rosa knew her history and materials. She shared so much fascinating information and open to all questions to which she was able to answer! She was accommodating for my need for her to wear a Mini Mic which streams to my cochlear implants and ensured I was always nearby!

Very crowded but that is...
Very crowded but that is expected in the top tourist destinations. The tour was very informative, organized and our guide Danielle was excellent at explaining all the beautiful art surrounding us and he kept it lively.

An incredible informative tour
Our tour guide Monica did an amazing job giving our small group a tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine chapel. She grew up in Rome and also had great stories to tie back to the tour. My wife and I were so impressed with her and the incredible sites we were able to see. Highly recommend. We did the 8:30 am tour and it gets busy quick in this area.

Great timing and paced tour that covers a lot of ground
Oscar was very good and knowable; striking a good balance between historical facts and engaging dialogue. The entry process is crazy so having a guide is invaluable. Oscar made it pain free and quick. Tour group was a size of 10 people which was a good size to move through the vast museum at a borderline too fast pace but that is not anyones fault… (you just don’t realize how massive the Vatican is.) Overall great tour

Very happy with this tour
Our tour guide Fred was great! He was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. It was easy to find the meeting point and we were glad we had someone to direct us through the crowds once inside. We were able to see the highlights without feeling rushed. Would definitely recommend this tour and Fred!
