Highly recommend! The driver notified me in advance that he was at the airport awaiting my arrival. On the ride to our hotel, he pointed out some of Singapore's highlights and gave us suggestions on what to see. It was a very comfortable van and ride for the 4 of us.
We liked this transportation service from the airport to our hotel. Late night arrival but no drama. Very efficient. Good communication prior to arrival and post-arrival. Nice vehicle. Great driver.

Together with my wife and my Son's family, we were a team of 6 from Perth, Australia. My 2 grandsons aged 4 and 1 were delighted with the spaciousness of the van. I was impressed with the cleanliness and how safe the driving was. Will certainly use PAL again in future visits to Singapore once COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted.
Was greeted at the arrivals gate for a hassle free pick up. Van was immaculate with free WiFi available and the driver offered great customer service. Highly recommend.
