Booked for 8 am, downstairs 7.45 am. Driver phoned before 8 to say was it ok for 8.30 as he had to get fuel and was doing a job. I replied we had no choice really….

We would like to provide some context regarding the arrangement. We specifically assigned Mr Damien, who was familiar with your booking and had agreed to accommodate your additional luggage requirements.
Our standard 6-seater MPV typically accommodates up to 4 passengers with 4 pieces of luggage. However, your booking involved 5 large suitcases and 3 smaller bags, which we made special arrangements to accommodate.
We retained Mr Damien as assigning another driver at short notice could have presented challenges with the luggage capacity and arrangement. Nevertheless, we understand that your pickup was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and you should not have been inconvenienced by the driver’s other commitments.
We sincerely apologise that this was not communicated or managed better. We appreciate your understanding and will work on improving our scheduling and communication to prevent similar situations.

Disney Cruise disembarkation earlier than anticipated
We arrived 1hr earlier than our booking time. This service was kind enough to adjust by messaging them. We didn't wait long after disembarking the Dosney Cruise.

Transfer from airport
The transfer operator was unreliable arranged 13 seater with luggage arrived with 9 seater and had to make own arrangements with taxi for 1 additional passenger

Hi Mr Bruno, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry there was a misunderstanding regarding the vehicle configuration and luggage capacity.
To clarify, the vehicle provided was a 13-seater van. For airport transfers with luggage, part of the passenger seating is folded up to create the luggage compartment. As shown in the photo taken during the transfer, the luggage occupied this space, which is why not all 13 passenger seats were available for use.
Our listing states a maximum luggage configuration of approximately 9 passengers + 9 pieces of luggage for this vehicle. Prior to the transfer, we also contacted you to confirm your luggage requirements, as your group consisted of 10 passengers. We were informed that the group would be travelling with medium and small luggage. However, upon pickup, the actual luggage quantity and sizes were significantly larger than what we had expected based on the information provided.
Our driver nevertheless did his best to accommodate as many passengers and bags as safely possible. Unfortunately, with the actual amount of luggage, there was insufficient space for all 10 passengers together with the luggage, and an alternative arrangement was required for the remaining passenger(s).
We understand this was inconvenient and regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. We have since continued to emphasise our luggage-capacity information so guests can select the appropriate vehicle arrangement in advance.

Arrival in Singapore
With a late arrival into Singapore, the communication was excellent and our driver was waiting for us with a sign after customs. The whole process for arriving into Singapore was simple. Our driver got us to the hotel with great tips on what to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Our flight was delayed...
Our flight was delayed but don’t our drive kept up on our flight status so we had no worries and he contacted us as soon as we landed and let us know where to meet. Could have been a stressful situation but went very smooth.

Trip Advisor - Booking transfer with ease albeit can be more expensive than alternatives
Driver was punctual and polite. His van was clean, tidy - very well presented. He didn't engage in unnecessary chatter. The cost was more than other services, but this was in part due to the exchange rate $US to $AUD.

I do not have enough space n this review to describe how absolutely amazing this team is. From the first communication upon booking our trip from the airport to our hotel and the above and beyond assistance as they supported us to retrieve our delayed luggage in time to depart for our cruise two days following our arrival. 10 out of 5 gold stars!!!

This is the transfer company to reserve!
My family and I needed a last-minute airport transfer to hotel and they were able to accommodate. The company was very clear with their communication, including where the driver would be. The driver was punctual, nicely dressed and a great informal “tour guide” as we were driving to our hotel. We rented the premium MPV and it was very nice and very clean. We’re using this company again as our transfer back to the airport in a few days. I would definitely recommend using this company!
