A
Great service!
Allan gave us exceptional service. He is such a happy person and he went above and beyond to help us when dropping us at the airport. He even came into the airport to the checkin desk to help us with our luggage. He was a great help to our family!

Great driver. Helpful and punctual. Picked us from the hotel on time, confirmed the flights and gates and departure times. We highly recommend this company.

Easy transfer with minor hiccup
The airport transfer from our hotel to the airport was in a very nice van with a friendly driver and it was fast and efficient. Minor hiccup when the original driver was going to be 15+ minutes late. They notified me and they were able to find another driver who was only 2 minutes late but it did add a little extra stress to the transfer.
事業者からの返答
Thank you so much for your kind review and for sharing your experience with us. We’re really glad to hear that you enjoyed the comfortable van, the friendly driver, and the smooth journey to the airport. We sincerely apologise for the minor hiccup at the start. The originally assigned driver was unexpectedly held up during his earlier transfer and could not reach your pickup point on time. As soon as we were informed, our team arranged for a replacement driver immediately, and we’re glad he managed to arrive within 2 minutes to minimise any delay or stress. Thank you again for your understanding and patience. We truly appreciate it, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you even better next time. :)

Excellent transport to and from airport in Singapore
Alan was our driver, both on arrival to Singapore and on our departure. He was right on time, very friendly, and gave fun facts about his beautiful city. He made the travel process in a new city very easy. We received multiple What’s App messages regarding our trips to confirm times, etc and that was also very reassuring.
