Francesco was absolutely amazing!! So friendly and warm and professional. The vehicle was extremely comfortable and clean. Everything about the experience left us feeling totally at ease in his capable hands. Francesco was funny and informative, he shared his knowledge of the places we traveled through as well as offering a wealth of information about Tuscany, Como di Lago and Firenze (where he is from) for the next leg of our journey. He shared his favorite restaurants, monuments, even leather and jewelry spots! He took us to a beautiful small coastal town for lunch and waited so patiently for almost 2 hours while we lunched and relaxed. Personally he was the best driver/tour guide I’ve ever experienced. I can’t speak for the other drivers but I imagine they are just as wonderful! Top notch tour company, we will definitely be using this service on our next visit to Italy.
