Horrible !If I could give zero star I would. I had an early flight leaving Florence at 6:30 so I paid 3 times of regular taxi to get this car service to have a guaranteed ride for the peace of mind. The driver was supposed to pick me up at 4:30am. We even confined the day before. But the morning of, I came out of my Airbnb and she didn’t arrive. I waited for a couple mins and started calling but no answer. I was freaking out, kept calling her while trying to find another ride but at that early in the morning there was no ride available. I was just about to start walking to tram and finally she called me back and said her phone died so she overslept. She ended up being late for 30mins! I almost missed my flight. This is a horrible service especially at this price. Please do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I made to book this service for an almost heart attack.

Winery in Tuscany
Private tour from our hotel through the Tuscan valley! Our travel agent booked us a difficult tour with late start times and too many things to do on our itinerary. CRISTIAN our driver and guide for the day helped us to adapt our tour and still see/ do everything but at a more manageable pace. CRISTIAN was very knowledgeable about the area was able to laugh with us throughout the day and made our tour a memorable experience. Thank you CRISTIAN!

Christian was the best tour guide. We traveled with our 18 year old and she was amazed! Christian is very knowledgeable about the history of Florence and the Tuscany region. I would highly recommend Christian if you’re looking for education and entertainment. A must do!

The driver got to our...
The driver got to our hotel 5 minutes early and was rushing us to get in the car and told us, “I gotta go, I can’t wait, I have another fair I have to get to.” Mind you, there is a 15 minutes grace period that is clearly stated in the agreement. I booked through Viator and paid a lot of money because I wanted a smooth stress free experience which this was not. This was a completely opposite of the experience with the previous driver who was fantastic and for that reason I would recommend using Viator.
