- フライトが遅延した場合は、ドライバーがフライトを監視し、更新された到着時間に空港にいます。
- フライト番号の変更、および到着時刻の変更は、当初の到着時刻の24時間前までにご連絡いただく必要があります。
- ピサ、ボローニャ、または他の空港へのフライトの迂回が発生した場合、フィレンツェ空港からのご予約済みの送迎はキャンセルとなり、返金はいたしかねます。
- フライトのキャンセルまたは乗り遅れた場合、送迎は提供されず、返金もされません。 送迎時間を変更した新しい便にご到着の場合は、新しい送迎の予約が必要となります。

Great experience! Friendly driver and very knowledgeable of the area. Was at airport waiting for us with a clear sign, happily assisted with luggage, and allowed us to arrive quick and safe to our hotel. Would ride with him again.

Driver is very professional and polite. Has the car seat ready for our 2 year old. We arrived late on our flight into Florence so it was very nice to not have to worry about getting a car rental or a taxi and just looking for our name on arrivals to get picked up and taken to a hotel. He was able to find our hotel in Florence fairly easily and dropped us off in just the right spot right in front of the hotel. He also was able to get the Hotel staff to help us with our luggage. We would recommend this transfer if needing one from the airport to any hotel in Florence.

Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled due to weather, so we were changed to another flight and arrived about 8 hours late. This car service operator refused to pick us up and also refused to give us a refund. The service description claims they will check if the flight is delayed. However, apparently they don't honor the agreement if the flight is cancelled the day of and changed. If they didn't do the job, then they should issue a refund. Totally unacceptable.
Very easy process. Driver was waiting where he said he would be, and was very nice and professional. Dropped us off right at the front door of our city center hotel. Would recommend!
