The guide was able to adjust times to accommodate the group’s desires and schedule. We always were ahead of the cruise ship busses to avoid the crowds.
Great use of time! We were in for the day on a cruise and I feel like this itinerary was perfect. The bird museum was surprisingly delightful. It was worth the extra money to have a smaller group. Our guide Peter shared a lot of nice info and kept us moving.
We loved this tour! We had done this exact tour 8 years ago with Saga and booked again. Julien our guide made the day along with all the beautiful sights- Goðafoss Waterfall, Lake Mývatn ,and Geothermals and Lava fields. Julien ket us entertained and provided a wealth of knowledge. It was also a wonderful experience to have lunch locally at Mývatn Nature and Heritage museum.
We spent a very informative and fun time with a small group of nine people and our excellent guide Lukas. Lukas is German, speaks very good English, and can also communicate well in Icelandic. His information is lively and humorous, and his guiding style is relaxed and personal. An absolute recommendation, especially for German-speaking groups
The tour hit all of the highlights I was looking for with a small group of 10 people. The van was very comfortable and the tour guide excellent.
We had a wonderful excursion in Akureyri. The tour was very complete, with spectacular scenery and very well chosen stops. We want to highlight especially our guide, Arancha, who was always very friendly, close and attentive to the group. In addition, he made all the explanation in Spanish, which allowed us to enjoy and understand each place much better. His explanations were clear and entertaining, and he was always on the lookout for everyone. Undoubtedly an excursion that we recommend 100%.
