First of all Rudy our guide was awesome: Fun, informative and made the experience unforgettable. The tour, guide and timeframe all perfect. The tour office for meeting made us wait to the minute before checking us in and they were standing with nothing to do, so instead of a fast check in we now had line, not smart. The office needs to update their seats and waiting areas

Didnt actually get the guided tour as arrived a little late. Tour staff still had my ticket for my entry to the Vatican and gave me directions of where to go and how to then get to St Peter's Basilica.

We had an absolute fantastic tour with Alessandro at the Vatican tour including the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica. He is so very knowledgeable and brings so much excitement to his tours. We would highly recommend him and this tour. It made our first trip to Rome so memorable. Thanks so much!

Having a tour guide is the way to experience this. It would be difficult to do this on your own and not knowing the history behind what you're seeing

Tour was very rushed. We were only given 15 minutes in the Sistine Chapel. Our tour guide was also very difficult to understand. Not worth the $600 plus I paid for my family of 4 to visit the Vatican.

The guide Antonella knew how to share her passion with us with kindness. But the meeting and agency opening times were not respected, we waited a long time outside and standing.

Hello. We recently took this tour. We met our booking guide who took us to the spot to meet our tour guide and left, no other details given. We met our tour guide who spoke English but had a very thick accent and maybe understood about 10 words for the whole tour of the Vatican and chapel. One the tour had finished the tour guide told us to exit where we assumed we were meeting back with our first guide or another for the basilica tour. We were directed out of the Vatican City therefore missing out on seeing the basilica. This was very upsetting and when I called Tours About they were shouting and angry telling me my tour is completed and put me off booking through this site in future.

This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience of all the tours I have taken in my life. I normally like to give good reviews for tours and guides, and when it is not good, I prefer not to leave reviews, but in this particular case, it is necessary to explain what happened to try to ensure that no other tourist has to go through such an unpleasant situation. The whole problem is because of the lady who gave us the tour. I cannot find any explanation for how a person like her can be providing that service. María Antonieta was a completely rude, unprofessional, unpleasant, and annoying guide. From the beginning to the end, she spent her time making unpleasant comments to all the members of the group. To be as descriptive and objective as possible, I am going to list the reasons why this person should never be providing this service: 1. She is unpleasant to tourists, who are the customers and are paying for her services; she would give a terrible scolding to any tourist who was distracted and did not follow her instructions as precisely as she wished. If someone got distracted taking a photo, she treated them terribly and humiliated them in front of the other people. 2. If for some reason she stopped and someone accidentally got 20cm ahead of her, she would also approach in an aggressive and derogatory manner, indicating that no one could walk in front of the guide. 3. Her explanations were recited like a script, quickly, without even allowing us to understand what she was explaining. 4. She gave instructions as if she were a high-ranking military officer, treating her clients as people totally inferior to herself. 5. At different times, she threatened the group that if they did not want to participate, they should leave the group, even though everyone was fully following her instructions. 6. Her treatment was always intimidating and threatening. 7. During the tour, she treated everyone in the group as ill-mannered and uncultured, when clearly we were all taking the tour to learn new things. 8. Her bad attitude did not allow for questions to be asked. 9. Near the end of the tour, without even entering St. Peter's Basilica, she suddenly indicated that the tour had ended and simply left. Everything related to St. Peter's Basilica was left without any explanation or tour. 10. During the tour, she treated tourists who were not in the group and who were with other groups badly. This tour turned into a terrible disappointment and upon finishing, the feeling was so unpleasant that it made everything that was left to see, like the basilica and St. Peter's Square, impossible to appreciate because the only thing you wanted to do was leave there to forget what had happened. I do not want a refund for the tour because that is not the point. My intention is for the terrible attitude of this guide to be known and, if possible, for her to not be able to work as one again.
