Horrible administration
When I arrived at the meeting point, the person in charge told me that the tour I hired (with access to the coliseum underground) was not possible, so I had to go to the office to request a refund for the difference between what I paid and the tour they offered me, I went to the office and they told me to send an email to which after two weeks I still haven't gotten a response

Absolutely outstanding thanks to Angela our guide
We were lucky to have Angela as a guide, she took a lot of time and explained everything we wanted to know. We were only a small group, but it was enough to walk quickly and in detail through the Colosseum, Forum romanum and the platinum hill with all the information. Although the tour went longer than the predicted 3H but we were happy to accept this
