Did a whale watching tour today with Briar as our very knowledgeable guide. We saw more than 20 humpback whales, 4 orcas, hunting Steller sea lions and seals. Briar knew a lot about marine life and the orcas in particular, in a clear way. She made it such a wonderful experience for us!

Marine wildlife
We saw lots of wildlife besides whales. Beautiful trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had tons of experience.

Unforgettable experience!
We had a really fantastic trip. Logan, our guide, knew a lot of fun information to tell. We saw super many kinds, orcas, humpbacks, dolphins, seals, sea lions, sea otters, countless! Definitely a recommendation!

Fantastic experience with Logan, absolutely recommended
We had originally booked the tour on the closed boat. However, this was canceled due to a lack of participants. Therefore, we participated in the Zodiac tour. To everyone who is worried about the cold (we felt the same way), we can give the all-clear. Every participant receives a thermal suit before departure, with which you could supposedly even survive in the Antarctic (slight exaggeration). We didn't feel cold for a second. You could absolutely tell that our guide Logan has a deep love and connection to this part of Vancouver Island and many years of experience with this type of tour. He had an incredible amount of information for us and led us patiently and with great consideration for the wildlife to numerous orcas, dolphins, humpback whales, sea lions, etc. The tour is a must for anyone who makes it to Telegraph Cove, highly recommended.

Amazing whale watching
We booked this tour hoping to see a whale, we got treated to 5 humpback whales and about 25 orcas 😍. Jake and the Captain were excellent hosts and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

The highlight of our Vancouver Island trip! Thanks Logan
We were very excited about this tour and had been looking forward to this day for weeks.
We then started on a morning in glorious sunshine.
The tour was fully booked as expected.
It took less than 15 minutes and our guide Logan discovered a 7-member group of Northern Resident orcas. It was an incredible moment for me and my husband. They were still far away, but then came along the coast in our direction. A respectful distance was always maintained by the guide Logan, which means no harassment of the animals for even better photos, for example.
After approx. 45 minutes we continued on and saw bald eagles, sea lions, and also dolphins.
And then we waited at a favorable spot for the humpback whales. During the time we were waiting, Logan explained a great deal to us about the flora, fauna, tides, currents, hunting techniques of whales, and much more.
And then they were there: 2 humpback whales! They surfaced and dove multiple times, and here too, a respectful distance was always maintained. 2 more humpback whales arrived, and it was once again magical moments in an incredible natural setting!
Our great thanks therefore go to the guide Logan!
Logan is involved with incredible passion.
Nature is always respected by him, and we found that very important.
He fulfilled my lifelong dream of being able to see orcas in their habitat once. Many thanks for that🙏

Beautiful experience
Did the Zodiac tour yesterday, it was raining but this was no problem. In warm suits we got on the boat, Scott was funny and made everyone feel comfortable. We saw a lot, whales, orcas, and also sea otters that were chilling nicely.
