I'm a visitor from another country came to Canada to experience Canada but unfortunately I got stuck in traffic . and on their website they said I could cancel and when I tried to cancel they give me the runaround and I'm out $380

Great brunch cruise! Very good food, extremely clean environment, wonderful wait staff, very reasonably priced day out.

It was a nice cruise of the Harbour and the brunch meal was really good. Music was awesome and appropriate. Only thing was that I thought there was going to be someone telling us about some of the buildings we are seeing and the history of them would have been nice

It was an amazing experience having your meal while you are seeing diverse parts of the city. On the sound of a great music . Wow the highlight for me was the surprise for all the people celebrating their birthdays including me, as they mentioned our names and gave us a birthday cake as well as the music related to our birthday wow it excited I loved it .👍👍👍

It was not a tour. No guide to point out special interest. Like other reviews-they let us on at Noon for 12:30 departure. Not one hour before. I rushed from airport. The waitress was great. The staff was very well organized. I sent an emailed for a menu but no reply. The food was mostly breakfast food. I wasn’t interested in eggs and bacon. They did have chicken but it was cut weird and was mostly skin, fat, and dark meat. I when back for another piece and it was the same. Un edible. At least there was plenty of salad, rice and vegetables. I went 30 minutes before the end of the cruise for desert and everything was cleared away and they were setting the tables for dinner! It would have been nice if they had an announcement last call for desert. Nothing. No communication. The DJ needed to turn the volume down a couple of notches. It wasn’t a dancing dinner party.

First time on the Odyssey for the Toronto Premium Brunch - 4 of us went yesterday and had a very nice afternoon. Lovely cruise, great views, friendly service. Food was okay. Beverages have room for improvement and music was a little too loud for us to chat comfortably. Overall an enjoyable experience though!

Food was very delicious, crew staff courteous and pleasant. The DJ selection of music was appropriate for all patrons aboard. The day was enjoyable.

Well organized and the food was delicious!

I was very disappointed with this experience. My aunt had traveled from England specifically to enjoy this cruise, but on our way there, she suddenly had a blood pressure issue and we had to stop to make sure she was okay. I was also with my young child, and as a result, we arrived only two minutes late. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to board, and we were not offered the option to transfer our booking to another day. I understand the importance of being on time, but given the medical situation and the fact that we were only two minutes late, I expected more understanding and flexibility. What was supposed to be a special experience became a very disappointing memory for my family.

We were a party of seven in total, but we didn't all travel together to the dock. So when the concierge lady came to ask how many in our party, as seats are arranged by the {company}, and we were not informed at pre-booking to let them know how many in our party would sit together. The company likes to know how many will be at a table together at booking time. Anyway, the concierge was a very nice polite lady, and she worked it all out! We were really impressed with the very tasty food, the politeness of all staff onboard, and we would certainly return, and definitely recommend this brunch or dinner tour to all our friends & anyone!
