The dinner cruise on the Odessey was very nice. The atmosphere & food were great, the music was a good of mix of genres and the views were spectacular! I would suggest that there be more than one server per side to be more efficient with patrons requests.

We’re late for 3 minute, that did not let us go. The staff is so rude. We try to talk to them but they said no.

For sure a great time and good bang for your buck. Be nice if one alcoholic drink was included. Probably go back next year

We went as a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) and really enjoyed the sunset cruise. Everything was great including food, atmosphere, stunning sunset views of Toronto skyline and a dance party! The only thing to note is that service is quite slow with one server serving the top 3rd deck. Also, keep in mind that drinks are extra, only water/tea/coffee is included with dinner. We had a great time!

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked 3 tickets for the Toronto Premier Dinner Cruise on Odyssey for 10 August, paying a total of $374.25. I travelled from the UK to Toronto for the first time and am only here until 16 August. Unfortunately, on our way to the meeting point, we were involved in a car accident. We still continued to the meeting point and arrived around departure time. We ran to the meeting point but saw the cruise leaving right in front of us. I contacted Viator immediately, explained what had happened and requested a refund. After waiting two days, the refund was declined. On 12 August, I called again and explained everything. Since I was still in Toronto, I asked if they could simply reschedule my 3 unused tickets to 14 August. The adviser asked for my availability, I confirmed 14 August, and I was told to wait for an email regarding the tickets. I waited another two days. Today is 14 August and I received no email, no tickets, no confirmation and not even a notification that the request had been declined. This morning I spent around 50 minutes, from 9:00am to 9:50am, calling for an answer. I was eventually told that the previous adviser had only submitted a request to reschedule and that it had been declined. The most frustrating part has been being passed back and forth between Viator and the cruise company. Viator sends me to the cruise team, and the cruise team sends me back to Viator. Nobody seems willing to take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. I understand there are policies regarding missed departures, but this was an exceptional situation involving a car accident. After the refund was declined, I wasn't even insisting on my money back — I simply asked to use the 3 tickets I had already paid $374.25 for on another available date while I was still in Toronto. Instead, I have spent a significant amount of my holiday making calls and waiting for emails that never arrived, and I still haven't been able to use the three tickets I paid for. For a first-time visitor to Toronto, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. Based on the poor communication, lack of assistance and the way my situation was handled, I cannot recommend this company.

My friends and I had a very good time on this dinner cruise! There were good selections to choose from for dinner and the dj was a fun addition. The flexibility to come and go from the table (to the deck or wherever) was also really nice. I would totally recommend!

What a fun experience! The food was delicious, the music was fun, and the view of Toronto, the Islands, and Lake Ontario was amazing. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Toronto.

Excellent views of the city especially at night!

We had a lovely meal and a nice cruise. More elegant and refined music perhaps. But I'm a Classical music fan, so...

This experience was booked as part of a birthday trip and was one of the best dinner cruises I have been on The staff was wonderful - wait staff Marko and Maria were very attentive and the food was awesome. I come the short ribs which were fork tender and served over wonderful mashed potatoes. The DJ was excellent playing a mix of music that would apply to all generations. The cruise was the exact amount of time as well.
