We had a wonderful time on this whale watching excursion. Exceeded our expectations. Getting to view a bubble feeding by the humpbacks was incredible.

The bus ride was very nice. The ship captain was horrible. There were several boats out who got spectacular shots, we were not one of them. He would chase 1 spout when there was 3 in the other direction. Just common sense was lacking.

What a wonderful and knowledge group! We thoroughly enjoyed our whale watching experience. The captain and his crew was wonderful and so helpful!

We enjoyed the experience. We were able to see some whale water spouts and it's hump, but it refused to lift it's tail out of the water. There were no whales frolicking and jumping out of the water. The captain did try to find some others for us to see, but there weren't any at the time of our trip. We did see sea lions and Mendanhall Glacier from the boat. The transfer over to the crab shack was a bit iffy. There was no mention or directions as to what we were supposed to do or show once we got to Tracy's. The cashier wasn't sure what to do with the little ticket from the boat tour. She went to ask someone and then took our order. The line to order wasn't as long as it was earlier. The food was delicious! Don't wait to the last minute to use the restroom. They only have one, not one of each.

It is absolutely worth EVERY Penny for this experience! EVERYTHING about this fishing excursion was fantastic! From fishing to the chef prepared meal!

What a fun afternoon with Juneau Tours and Whale Watching. Heather our first driver was hilarious and informative, Parker, Mason and Russell on our whale watching tour were so interesting and Crockett entertaining to Mendenhall. All in all well worth the experience!

Great tour and guides! Worth the time and super nice people

The boats and guides were great. You can choose to stay inside and still have great views. We were able to see bubble feeding multiple times with a high number of whales. The crab at Tracy’s Crab Shack was great!

I highly recommend this tour. We saw lots of whales, sea lions, and bald eagles. The glacier was beautiful. It was my most favorite activity of our entire Alaska vacation.

Boat was ideal for whale watching. Saw numerous humpback whales including calf. Saw seals on buoy (boat pulled up close for better view). Crew was polite friendly and knowledgeable. For us, it met our expectations. Highly recommend.
