We were very pleased with our Gastineau Guiding tour. We did an easy hike to a view of Mendenhall Glacier, followed by a great whale watching cruise. Our guide, Elisabet, was very enthusiastic and likable. She gave us just the right amount of information about what we were seeing. It was a group of 19, so not an unwieldy amount of people. The logistics were seamless and as a result, the day was very relaxing.

We booked this thru our cruise and it was money well spent. Zach was so knowledgeable and shared so many facts about the forest leading to the glacier as well as about the whales when we were on the water portion. Captain Randy got us to the right spot to see Kelp and Flame up close. Special bonus we saw sea lions too. Highly recommend taking this tour if you’re in Juneau.

We were on the whale watch with Jared Lobo and Jezzy. They were amazing. Concerned with safety, the ecosystem of Alaska and our group having a wonderful experience. We saw multiple whales including flame barnacle and goose. We learned so much about photography and even got to see a bear at the glacier. I will recommend this trip and these two men as guides to anyone I know is coming to Alaska!

Elisabet was a great tour guide and was a wealth of knowledge. Very pleasant and easy to listen to and learn from.

Zoey was fantastic!! Funny, approachable and very knowledgeable. She was fun. Kids loved her. One of the best tours I’ve ever been on.

We had the best time. Dani was the best guide and very informative. Captain Scott was fantastic with making sure we were where we got the best views of all of the whales and other sea life. Our safety was both of their number 1 coneren. We had a great. If we ever come back we will for sure take this tour again, and ask for Dani and Scott. Thank you for the great and memorable time.

This was an amazing highlight excursion on our Alaskan cruise! Corbin was hands down the best guide ! He was informative, passionate , humorous, and kind. He taught us so much and made it feel like we were all family. Book this excursion with Corbin!
