Excellent experience. Well organized, representative (Sabina?) that met us and accompanied us on the train handled all of our train logistics professionally and efficiently. Our tour guide (Vincenzo) was engaging, humorous and well informed. They both made sure we were well cared for.
The wine tasting was excellent, lunch was very light but delicious and the winery was beautiful. They did not pressure us hard about buying any wine and provided 5 different tastings plus limoncello with desert. Would recommend this tour without reservation.

Pompeii by train with lunch
Charlotte, and Anthony were fantastic, everything ran smooth. Charlotte met us train station mafmde sure everyone knew what was happening. Anthony was the guide in Pompeii he knew everything about Pompeii and was funny it was not a boring trip. I recommend this tour.

Great Tour when short on time
Despite the fact the there was about 60 tourists everything went very smoothly. Love it! Knowledgeable Tour guides.

Pompeii was amazing
Antonio did a fantastic job putting everything that happened into sections for everyone to understand. Kudos to him for doing that.
The winery was spectacular.

Pompeii via train and Winery visit
Very well organised trip and worth the extra for the train journey to get to Pompeii. Meeting areas where easy to find and the guides were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Reservation cancelled five days before the tour
I booked, received a confirmation, and was excited to see Pompeii. Five days before the tour I received a message from ItaliaTours saying that “We received your booking for Pompeii and Winery on September 26th. Sadly, a system error has occurred as we are currently fully booked for that day”. The only solution they had was a different tour that was on a coach bus instead of a high speed train and cost $227 more. I said I couldn’t not do this. They said sorry for the inconvenience and cancelled my reservation.
They’re system double booked, they have a full tour and I’m out of a tour and don’t have enough time to book a new one.

Pompeii guided tour with lunch and wine tasting
Had a great train ride. Comfortable seats and great tour of the ruins. The lunch and wine tasting was also very good

Great way to tour Pompei if you are staying in Rome.
Tour was exactly as described and very enjoyable. The winery lunch was a meat platter and some pasta. Light lunch but very good. Nice setting. Gave you (4) wines to try then you had the opportunity to purchase to ship home. Bring a hat or umbrella for shade if it a sunny day.

Tour of Pompeii
It is a lot of walking on uneven terrain, but so worth it. We were doubly lucky as our tour guide also works as an archiologist at the ruins. He was SO knowledgeable.

Great guide
Great tour and guide. Lunch was mediocre and trip could have been an hour shorter.
