We would highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Maury, was fantastic ! He explained history and traditions and showed us things all along the way, gave us good recommendations for lunch and shopping and what we could do and was interesting and fun. His English is great but he has also been born and raised nearby. The company makes it all so easy. The train ride is smooth and comfortable with charging stations for phone and concessions. The boat ride is beautiful. There is plenty of time in the towns to see the sites. The town is very crowded and the beach is more pebbles than sand but the water is clear and a beautiful color. Do this experience and cross your fingers that you will get Maury for a guide! It was a wonderful way to see the Amalfi coast!

Our guide, Maro (? spelling) was fantastic. He made sure everyone in the group was taken care of. If we couldn't sit together because of the crowding, he found each of is individually and shared his wealth of knowledge about the Amalfi coast. He made sure everyone got back on the train even when it was 1/2 hour late. He gave us the best tips for a great adventure!

It was well planned out and we got to see so much of each place. Guide was amazing. Knew what he was doing. Emmiliano was fabulous!!

I loved this so much because going to the Amalfi coast had been a dream of mine but we just didn't have the money or time this trip to do several days. So when I saw the day trip by high speed train I knew it was for us. The tour took care of everything! We didn't have to think about any part of getting there! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. You won't regret it! My favorite part was actually the boat rides along the coast and of course the lemon sorbet.

The tour was excellent our guide Mario provided insightful information very detail, and he has a great sense of humor. Awesome experience.

Unfortunately the train delayed us by and hour and a half so our tour was only the Amalfi Cost and did not include Positano. Understandable however no offer of any portion. The check in person in Rome was very RUDE, directions to meeting area vague and confusing for those never been to remini station. Our guide once in Salerno was awesome he made the best of our unexpected delay! Overall for myself I would have preferred to spend the last day of my trip in Rome, as I think the best way to experience the Amalphi Coast and Positano ( even though I did to as booked) would be to book a stay for a few days. Bit unorganized train tickets sent in emails allegedly never received. Was corrected at initial meeting by the extremely rude lady!!!

Wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. The first stop was way too brief and we were given little directions. Amalfi was better.

Realize you only have 45 minutes in Positano which is not enough time to get a drink much less shop, then 3.5 in Amalfi which is too long. The guide was very hard to understand and did not provide much information about the coast. He did spend a lot of time talking to the crew on the boat though. It was nice to have a guide to direct you on to the correct train and boat. I realize the transportation charges were a big part of the cost but if you were adventurous you could do it yourself. Very disappointed.

Pack light (definitely recommend handheld fan), wear your walking shoes!!! Get to the train station at least 30 min before your scheduled time, we were 15 minutes early and had to sprint to the train LOL Mauro was the best tour guide and shared a lot of inspo and showed us the best spots to eat and shop! I would do this excursion all over again :)

Though it was one of the HOTTEST DAYS OF SUMMER, the staff (both Virginia and ESPECIALLY Muaro!) did an excellent job of gathering, directing, and instructing the group throughout the day. Italia Tours did an excellent job!
