DO NOT DO IT!
Where do I start...... Service is advertised as every 30mins from 10am. So one would assume... 10, 1030, 11, 1130, 12, 1230 etc. I arrived at the stop at 1150am for the 12pm trip, but then I was informed by someone with a hole in their t-shirt who i thought was a member of the public that I had just missed one and the next would be 30mins away. I asked about the 12pm and was told thats not how it works (confusing). So I waited round thinking 1220pm the bus would be there. Was then told at 1220pm the bus was another 10-15mins away! When fhe bus did eventually turn up, it was disgusting Filthy, broken seats, busted up floor boards. Honeslty if I was the owner/operator I would be highly embarrassed 😳!! The GPS triggered Commentary was out of sync. Often talking about a upcoming stop after we had already been past it, and would also abruptly cut off mid sentence at times. Also the route includes quite a few low hanging tree branches which I had to often duck to avoid. Definitely not worth the price paid. I have raised these issues with the company and got a generic response which did not even respond to any of the actual issues. Have asked for a more detailed / genuine response and am still waiting. I highly recommend you avoid this service.

Tour did not provide 30 minute intervals published.
Buses were supposed to run on 30 minute intervals and on both days of our 48 hour passes the buses ran significantly behind. On the 1st day delays were 45 minutes to 1 hour. On the 2nd day they were under staffed drivers due to call offs. As a result we waited up to 1-1/2 hours at stops for a bus to show up. As a result the number of possible stops were limited on the number we could visit.

Hop on hop off bus
A good way to see Seattle. Unfortunately there was only one bus so it was not as quick as usual, so only hopped off 2 places

Too slow, beware covered bus, disjointed commentary
The bus stop was conveniently located just one block down form the hotel on 4th Avenue. After a few minutes it turned up, but it was roofed, which for me wanting to take phots was a real downside. I asked the agent if they had unroofed ones on the circuit and he said yes, this was the only roofed. We decided to run with this to the space needle then look around waiting for the next, hopefully unroofed, bus to turn up. The next bus turned up somewhat late, after about 50 minutes. It then trundled round the route taking about 140 minutes to do the circuit rather than the 90 it should have taken. So we had done one lap and taken virtually all morning doing it. I felt very let down by the finish. The commentary was disjointed. Sometimes stopping halfway through a description, sometimes starting just as we left a place and sometimes talking about some where we hadn't got to

Skip it. Walk on your own and enjoy Seattle
Very disorganized! Very old bus. Not handicapped accessible (there was a customer treated terribly in her mobility scooter—abysmal really). The driver seemed to be frazzled either because of the scooter or just hated his job— not sure. The recorded tour was way too loud and way out of sync. Absolutely not worth the price!

Good way to see the city. I booked for the wrong day in error. Barely looked at my ticket. I would reccommend much better signage, flags or similar. Not easy to locate.

Seattle trip Sept 2026
The bus we were on was old and several bad seats. Some of the buses we saw were newer.but we didn’t get on those.

Only 3 buses on the route...
Only 3 buses on the route = +30 wait at stops very small area of the city and we back tracked. Could expand the area. 've been on the bus in a lot of cities and usually really like it.

No Good
Worst hop on hop off I have ever been on. Almost had to step in front of bus to get them to stop . Narration almost never finished because we already passed the stop they were talking about. Way too long of a wait for buses to pick you up for the price paid.
