They never showed up. Do not book with them. Inappropriate behaviour. We booked a tour for Etna, we went at the meeting point and we were waiting for 45 minutes without any information. We tried to reach them but they didn't answer the phone. It is the worst way to treat tourists that want to leave their money in local economy.

An amazing day, unforgetable experience, once in a life time☺️ you have to do it, at least! If you are luckier😉, then you'll be guided by Luca, very friendly, he gave us a lot of precious infos regarding Etna and italian life, gastronomy, wine and many others. Grazie mille!

It was amazing! Luka (and joined in parts with Nello) were amazing guides and the whole day was so seamless, chill, and informative. The whole group was fun too and we shared a lot of moments and made memories! No-brainer recommend.

We booked an excursion that included a visit to the Alcantara Gorges and the craters of Mount Etna. The organization was impeccable with a lot of availability from the organizers, and the icing on the cake was our guide Nello, who was super punctual, professional, helpful, and friendly. My friend and I recommend this excursion to everyone, as the route is also suitable for those who are not used to trekking. We first went to visit the Alcantara Gorges (there are stairs to take, about 200 steps but doable), then we stopped for a coffee in a delightful cabin, before continuing towards Mount Etna. Here our guide Nello explained, both for us Italians and for the others in the group, the history of the formation of the craters and was very willing to answer our questions. Finally, we had a lunch stop and a tasting of typical products (honey, liqueurs, and creams). For the excursion, we recommend long pants (so as not to get dirty with the soil/dust of Mount Etna), a hat, and sneakers/trekking shoes; for those who needed one, a trekking pole was also provided.

Fantastic trip to Mount Etna, staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The porchetta sandwiches were also excellent!

What an amazing day! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The guides were incredibly nice, knowledgeable and offered lots of humor, there were many laughs and a great atmosphere all day. I traveled with my child, who had at least as much fun as we adults. The tour was engaging, educational and very beautiful. The liqueur tasting was super good and both Etna and Alcantara were absolutely magical. The small group made a big difference, better community and a more personal experience. Highly recommended!

They know how to convey their passion for the geology and history of Mount Etna, making the trekking not only safe but incredibly fascinating. Highly recommended!

Our guide Luca showed himself to be pleasant and friendly right from the start. From the very first minutes, we visited the volcano with him, and he helped us discover wonderful places.

Fantastic and exciting experience, from Etna to Alcantara😍. Luca is very nice and immediately put us at ease 🤗. His competence and preparation made this experience safe and full of emotions at every step in the water and among the rocks, not to mention the final body rafting. An exciting experience!
