Seeing the colosseum in person was prtty special. went as a family and spent a good few hour looking around. The kids got tired at the end 😂 but overall everyone enjoyed it. One of the places you should see at least once

If the Colosseum wasn’t booked I would have booked directly with the Colosseum. My audio guide only worked half the time. So I gave up. Overall it was really fun!!
Visited with my friends and had a great time. the arena looks masive from the inside, it was kinda crowded but honestly totally worth the money as we didnt have to stand in the long queue to buy tickets in this heat.
We had a time of 11am. The line to enter was not long. Walking freely without a tour was worth it. Taking all the photos and making all the stops we wanted on our time. Going across the way to the other two locations was amazing. Definitely wear good walking shoes and take a refillable water bottle and clear about 4/5 hours on your schedule.
I had a fantastic experience at the Colosseum. The tour operator was super responsive and helpful from start to finish. Receiving the PDF tickets in advance made entry quick and hassle-free. Downloading and using the audio app was straightforward, providing informative commentary that made exploring the sites at own pace much more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
We never used the audio.. trouble with directions on how to use it. It was nice being able to be on the arena floor and view the stadium

First class service. For some reason my ticket didn’t come through on my emails but when I phoned, the ticket was sent straightaway on WhatsApp. Very good service. The e-tickets was easy to use and the instruction was clear and everything worked perfectly.
It costs a lot of money in relation to what you get to see. Not specified how much time you need to see everything.

I did not enjoy this at all! There was zero direction given - all it said was that we could experience palatine hill and the Roman forum either before or after the colosseum. We arrived at palatine hill (after much difficulty of finding the entrance) and they almost wouldn’t let us in because they said we needed 2-3 hours to walk through and that if we entered, we would miss our entrance time for the colosseum. We had no time to come back after the colosseum, so after a lot of back and forth, they finally let us enter palatine hill and we just had to watch the time and be sure to exit in time for our colosseum entrance. Once we entered the colosseum, we had access to scan the QR code for the digital guide - i don’t understand why the digital guide wasn’t made available before to download - because we had no signal no matter where we moved around the colosseum to try and load the digital audio guide. We wasted at least 15-20 minutes trying to load the guide - which in the end, we were unable to, so we had to proceed without an audio guide at all. And - in purchasing these tickets, it was very misleading because the description said it included an audio guide. So i paid more for the audio guide- which was merely a QR code to scan once you enter - which was made available to anyone. Would not recommend using this company or paying for this tour - info was misleading and did not lay out the timeline (in regards to the time needed for palatine hill and Roman forum). And I feel I paid extra for the audio guide which is made to public anyway.

Our direction was clear if you want to go Forum first of course you need some time to cover it, otherwise you would miss the Colosseum.
