I had difficulty at the beginning with the booking, which wouldn't accept payment by credit card, then from the site's chat they sent me a link and I was able to pay with PayPal, but it mistakenly took it as a booking for 8 months from now. Luckily, customer support understood the misunderstanding and promptly resolved it, so top-notch service.

Good
The app was easy to use and well organized. The information was all very interesting and well-explained. There could have been a little more in some areas, but overall, it was good. It also wasn’t too overpriced, especially compared to a lot of the other tour options.

Amazing tour
We booked this last minute the night before during our 1st trip to Rome so I didn't have high hopes that it would be one of the better ones but we were pleasantly surprised! Our tour guide Claudia was wonderful! She was welcoming, pleasant, spoke English very clearly for us, very organized. She made sure we had enough breaks for water, kept us in the shade and knew ways to keep our group moving around other large tour groups and entrance ways. She also made sure we were always together and never left anyone behind. Kept a very good pace and taught us so much about the history and details of the Vatican and art. Very enjoyable, probably the highlight of our tour in Rome. Highly recommend this tour company, make sure you request Claudia if you can!

Everything was perfect!
The organization worked out perfectly; bring a water bottle in the summer. Only conditionally suitable for small children!

Rehaan from VIP Rome Tours was super helpful and gave us all the prior information we needed for the tour. Followed up on every detail too. Highly recommend getting in touch with him although if you booked through them or through Viator, he’ll probably be in touch before you know :)

Very good!
Perfect organization with tickets sent in advance so you don't have to go pick them up with a voucher. We enjoyed this with children.
Everything went perfectly. The only downside is that the audio guides lack a bit of content.
