Was supposed to see the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palantine Hill. Roman Forum was COMPLETELY skipped. Guide was unable (unaware?) to keep group together. As a result, often there was a good deal of space between the guide and members of the group. Because of this the headsets did not work properly. Corresponded with City Wonders in hope they would make up for the poor experience. They denied that we missed 1/3 of the tour and would do nothing. Overall, the worst tour I have ever been on and the worst experience I have had with a tour company.
Hisam was fantastic tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and friendly. Definitely recommend him.
The guide very knowledgeable and the tour was interesting. It was 98 degrees that day, so it was scorching hot at the colosseum. We enjoyed the tour but didn’t see the forum.

Silvia was an outstanding tour guide for the Colosseum! She was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many fascinating historical facts that brought the entire experience to life. What I appreciated most was how she made the tour both informative and fun, keeping everyone engaged from start to finish. She was also very attentive to the group, always making sure no one got left behind and that everyone could follow along comfortably. The Colosseum and the Palatine Hills are some of the most iconic and impressing landmarks that I was able to see. It was as amazing as our guide, PierGiorgio (PG), who was able to captivate us throughout the visit, despite the heat. Even if you are not a History fan, I would definitely recommend this tour as the added information helps you recreate what the Colosseum looked like two thousand years ago in all its glory.
