I overly communicated (flight details, my WhatsApp, my mobile, my email). Viator acknowledged my messages and said they’d pass it along to the operator/driver. Driver never reached out even once, did not show up for pick up from the airport. I contacted viator as the platform, they stopped responding. 30minutes later my daughter and I got a cab. Requested a refund via viator and they said because the operator/driver did not confirm the refund request, they would not honor a refund. Seems like a scam all the way around. If we can’t use viator platform for reliable trust worthy booking, then why use this platform?? Horrible customer experience and service. Waste of my time especially on vacation when you want things to flow smoothly. Don’t use!!

Terrible experience. Booked a private transfer, showed up early to my scheduled time. The driver never showed up, because she had apparently arrived earlier, but left before our scheduled time. She refused to come back to get me, and buyer refused to give me a refund for a ride. I never received, even though I followed all the instructions perfectly. Very disappointed.

Nikos was experienced and very responsible. Even though it was a last minute booking, he took care to drop me to the airport in time. Best price for private transport in the island

I genuinely think that this is the best transport agency in Santorini. The guy picked me on time and dropped exactly at the destination on time. He was a very nice guy and we had friendly discussion during the journey. Highly recommended for the solo travellers and groups who wish to travel to Santorini.

Mr. Nikos was very kind and helpful. He communicated clearly about the pickup point and explained where to wait for the ferry at the port. The car was also very comfortable and clean. I really appreciated his friendliness and excellent service. Highly recommended!
