Horrible experience- do not use this company. On our first transfer they were ten minutes late to the airport. I watched as someone who had been standing behind a desk came out with a paper with our names on it. The transfer had two other couples and water was not provided. Then, we contacted them to confirm our pickup in advance. Nobody responded. We contacted Viator to reach out and they did not respond again. We ended up having to book an emergency transfer to the port, but the company is refusing to help us out because they ended up showing up after we had already booked another taxi.

Important Details Not Shared in Advance
Identifying the driver was easy, but it wasn’t mentioned that the transfer would be shared with other passengers and that we would need to make several stops around the city.
As someone who works in customer service, I always pay attention to the quality of service. Unfortunately, the driver didn’t seem very approachable or in a good mood, which made the experience less pleasant than expected.
