We had an outstanding experience with Brothers Travel in Santorini, and George truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Before we even arrived, George stayed in constant communication with us and helped coordinate a private boat transfer from the Old Port, where our cruise tender docked, to Ammoudi Bay. Unfortunately, our tender arrived late, so the private boat had already left to pick up another group (arranged thru Anemos Sea Trip). Our only option was to wait about an hour at the port for the shared water taxi. Although this situation was completely outside of his control and had nothing to do with Brothers Travel, George stayed in touch with both us and the boat company throughout the entire process. He kept us updated, made sure everything was being handled, and patiently waited over an hour for us without hesitation. When we finally arrived at Ammoudi Bay, George was there waiting for us. His vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Later that day, when he picked us up in Oia for our return to Fira, he arrived right on time as promised. Even after dropping us off and after we had returned to our cruise ship, George continued helping us by contacting the boat company and making sure we received a price adjustment since we weren’t able to use the private transfer we had originally arranged. It honestly felt like we had more than just a driver—we had someone who genuinely cared about making our day go as smoothly as possible. George’s professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. Highly recommend their services. Truly went above and beyond expectations. My Airbnb check in wasn’t until 3pm, so they kindly offered to hold my luggage after picking me up from the airport. They dropped me into town so I didn’t have to carry my bags around then picked me up again once my check in was ready. The level of kindness and thoughtfulness was exceptional. Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again!
