Great experience, but unfortunately much too crowded.
The pickup was punctual, the guides friendly, attentive, and very concerned about safety. The food was also good. Sighting the manatee and the turtles was naturally the highlight. However, one should know that a great many people are snorkeling on-site at the same time. Because of this, snorkeling is not very relaxing and is sometimes very chaotic. For a guide, we also felt the group size was significantly too large, so you can quickly lose track. We personally would therefore not book the excursion again – though mainly because of the large crowd of people on-site, for which the provider itself can naturally only do so much.

Amazing tour - but potentially not what you think!
Amazing experience and the guides were truly fantastic. However there are quite a few people on the boat (and all the other boats that you meet up with); you must snorkel in a large group the whole time, which for me who is a confident swimmer was a little frustrating. Also the dugongs space was definitely not respected, probably should be limits on people around it or potentially a better briefing about how to act and approach wildlife. That being said we did see one and some turtles, which was quite beautiful!

Amazing
Beautiful experience. The bus taking us from the hotel was very on time. The personal was very kind and approachable, and helped us a lot in case of problems. The atmosphere on the boat was professional and good for resting and having fun in safety. We saw both a Sea cow and a lot of turtles, and the Coral reef was very pretty. There weren't too many people on the boat, making the whole trip comfortable and allowing go relax. Absolutely recommended, the staff and guides make this a must-do experience in Marsa Alam!

Highly recommended
It was a very nice, very well-organized excursion. There were 2 stops. At the first one, we were able to observe turtles and a manatee; at the second stop, we snorkeled at the reef. The guides took their job very seriously, and the supervision was also very good during the diving. As far as I noticed, everyone also enjoyed the food. Thanks to the team for the nice excursion.

Very nice excursion
It was a wonderful excursion; the friendliness and conscientiousness of the crew were outstanding. They were very attentive to the safety of the guests on board. Although we unfortunately did not see any dugongs, that is not a big deal, because they are wild animals after all. In return, we saw several giant turtles and a huge, intact reef with many fish. It was great and we were not disappointed. The food was also very delicious and the atmosphere was very 👍 good. Many thanks to all the staff and also to the organizer, who always sent information promptly via WhatsApp.

I gave 3 stars just for the boat staff who were exceptional
Indeed, we had a 6-month-old baby at the time when everyone had to go see the turtles, my son wanted to nurse, they came back 10 min before the end to pick up and bring back my sister etc. to watch my son
In the end we were all sick, they took my children to watch them so we could deal with our stomach aches
However, the activity was too fast, at 2 p.m. everything was finished
And only 45 min with the turtles for those who were lucky enough to see them up close, that after that is not within their control
