Good and beautiful experience

The trip was absolutely amazing! I truly enjoyed it in every sense of the word, and it completely changed my mood. God willing, I will definitely repeat it again with my children and husband.

Our trip to Mubarak was a bit of a mixed experience, but it was ultimately saved by our amazing guides. The trip itself was good, but the snorkeling organization was really disappointing. We were divided into groups based simply on where we were sitting on the boat, with zero regard for swimming ability. As capable swimmers and divers, it was honestly a struggle to be put in a group with people who couldn't even dive under the water, and even four people who couldn't swim at all. They had to wear life jackets and be dragged around by the diver on a life ring. This really ruined the underwater experience for us. The agency should definitely organize these groups by skill level instead of seating arrangements. On top of that, we unfortunately didn't see a single dugong and spotted only one turtle. However, I have to give a massive thanks to our two incredible guides, Josef and Abdullah, who completely saved the day! We owe it entirely to them that we actually enjoyed the trip despite the snorkeling setup. Abdullah was our transfer guide to and from the boat, and he was fantastic. He was so kind, accommodating, and perfectly organized everything. His English is perfect, and he took the time to share some fascinating insights about everyday life in Egypt and gave us great practical tips. Josef was our boat guide from the travel agency from Bluestyle, and he was absolutely perfect. He spoke flawless Czech, which was a fantastic surprise! He explained everything brilliantly, guided us through the whole trip, and was incredibly nice. As a huge bonus, he even took us into the town afterwards and stayed with us. If it wasn't for Pepa and Abdul, the trip would have been a letdown. Their exceptional service and positive energy turned it into a great day out. Huge thanks to both of them!

We were in Turtles house with my family. The trip was nice and staff very kind. The only problem were other tourists who could not swimm. But the crew manage it even with them :)

Very nice trip, sadly we didnt see a single sea cow and had way too short time to freely spend in port ghalib, but overall it was a great experience. We had a perfect tour guide Abdullah so even the long ride was very nice and fun👍

Diving, food, everything good

It was really great our guy Ahmed was really helpfull and show up everything we wanted to see It was really worth the price for that expirience Trip took almost 3 maybe 4 hours Atmosphere was great due to really friendly staff that made you feel really welcome For a ship this big it wasnt as crowded as i tought will be I really enjoyed this trip and i Think of you about to wisit Marsa Alam you need to take this offer (Also they serve nice dinner thats a plus :) )
