We got to Granville Island and attempted to get onto the app. The email that we had been sent had a letter wrong in the address so we weren't able to get the link to work. We eventually figured out the error and were able to get to the correct page. Then our code wouldn't work. We sent an email but after a few hours on the island we had to leave for a dinner reservation. We finally heard back about 5 hours after sending the email and apparently there was an issue between Trip Advisor and Destplore. The y offered us a full refund and said that we could try it again if we wanted. The next day we had a bit of time free so decided to try it again but this time we tried to log in before we left the hotel. The code was now working but it wanted us to log in to a site that we had never created an account with. We repeatedly tried to get the app to send us a "forgot password" link so we could try to log in but we never received an email. We had been looking forward to this and were really disappointed that it didn't work. I think we will stick to Escape Rooms or other scavenger hunts that are run by "real" people in real time.

Very fun activity to do with friends! App was intuitive and smooth. We liked that it was super easy for us to connect our phones together via the app and the progress was synced across all devices. The clues were clever and various so we don't feel repetitive although there were over 20 challenges.

We were in Vancouver ahead of a cruise and decided to check out this outdoor Escape Rooms. We are so glad we did. We played both of their games in Granville Island and Gastown. We have completed many escape rooms across the country, but this was our first experience with outdoor escape games. It added an entertaining layer we were not expecting. The puzzles were clever, challenging, and flowed naturally from one to the next.

We did it right before the holidays and it was a perfect light activity. The pacing let us enjoy the scenery and take breaks without pressure. The puzzles were clever but not exhausting. It left us in a great mood for the rest of the day 😊

A fun thing to do with friends! It's also a nice way to see the island in a different way. I've been here several times but only this time I've learned so much about the island and got to see some hidden gems. It was a bit rainy but wasn't a big deal for us. It took us about 1h45m to solve all challenges. Some are easy but some are tough.

Great experience! This is something unique that you should try. The puzzles are deep and well designed. Some hidden gems were showed as part of the adventure.

Great experience for a family! Even my 9 years old had lots of fun and was super engaging during the whole adventure. Some challenges are quite tough and we had to use extra hints. But I have to admit the clues and hints are so clever. It took us about 1.5 hours to complete so it's a bit dark at the end as we played in December, but not a big deal.

It was such a fun experience. As someone who has visited Granville Island many times, this is the 1st time I actually get to go to every corner of the location. And I learned a lot about the landmarks there too!

This game requires downloading an app called Destplore to okay. The app is smooth and user friendly. I was able to connect with my friends through the app to play together, so we don't have to share the phone to play. Works great and fun!

Fun challenges to solve! Explore lots more interesting things than we expected! Surprised that this is free! Definitely recommend!
