Although the venue is a bit outdated, the treatment itself was lovely and I would highly recommend. It was money well spent and if I was here for longer, I would have definitely visited again.
Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the treatment and felt it was money well spent. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We also appreciate your honest feedback about the venue and will continue working to improve the overall experience. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit!
small hamam and the scrub and massage was ok and no part pf it was wow. they quote very high prices for upgrades and frankly not worth the upgrade. they have one toilet only that has washing machine in as well.
Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to kindly clarify that the package you booked was a standard Turkish bath package, and there is normally no women-only standard hamam option included in this tour. However, as you requested a women-only experience, we did our best to arrange a more private option for you, hoping this would make your visit more comfortable and enjoyable. Our intention was only to help and provide a better experience for you. Regarding the optional upgrades, these are offered directly by the hamam facility and are not part of the package we sell or manage. The services included in our package are the ones clearly stated in the tour description. We are sorry that the experience was not as expected, but we truly tried to make a special arrangement for your comfort and satisfaction. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future and provide you with a better experience. Best regards,
