It really isn't worth a penny; I was looking forward to it but ended up very disappointed. You get very little information since they speak hardly any English. I didn't feel welcome there, and the towel smelled of sweat. When I went up for the massage, the whole floor reeked of cigarette smoke! This is supposed to be a place to enjoy yourself and relax at the spa. The woman giving me the massage spent ages talking on her mobile phone. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The massage didn't even last 20 minutes.

Booked through GetYourGuide and the whole experience was faultless. Communication from the venue/driver was excellent. Collected on time, taken to the venue and welcomed on arrival. Women go one way and men the other. Taken to the changing rooms and then head into the steam room followed by the sauna. We were then taken into the wash room and were scrubbed down with soap and exfoliating pillowcases. Then offered Turkish Tea to chill for a bit, then taken for a 20-25 minute oil massage from head to toe. Great for my 15 year old for his first experience and great for my wife and I.

Have enjoyed quite a few hamams in Turkey, but this was one of the best. Steam bath, sauna, the scrubbing finished by a strong, spicy oil massage at an acceptable rate all done by very qualified people. Recommended by the locals, and definitely by me as well!

The service is bad. Employees talk to the customer like gypsies. Other employees speak out loud and scream during the massage. Not a lovely setting at all. Somewhat unhappy. The price for this service is too high. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great time. A happy break where everyone is in care. Very good massage. And a great value for money.

I visited this place for the first time alone. I booked via S&S Travel (the agency directly facing Royal Seginus Hotel). At the time of booking, I specifically asked MUSTAFA how long the session will be as I was leaving my young children at the hotel with their father. He said the whole duration including travel will be about 2-3 hours and confirmed the Hamman would take 2 hours. He charged me a ‘discounted’ price of 30 euros as we booked another activity with him previously. I got to the place along with a few other women. The women who worked there were all over 50 and didn’t seem too friendly. I also thought it would be private but it wasn’t at all. Anyway they stuck me in the sauna and steam room with another group for about 10 minutes, we then had a scrub and foam massage for about 10 minutes and then the massage which we were looking forward to the most last about 5-7 minutes! Then it was done!!!! I thought it was a joke when they said we were done because the massage didn’t last more than 10 minutes! I telephoned the agency to complain after and he said it should have lasted 20 minutes. End of the day, I should have expected this. It’s Turkey end of the day and the people there are waiting to rip off the foreigners!! AVOID THIS PLACE AS WELL AS USING S&S TRAVEL WHO WORK ALONGSIDE THEM.

I had my first turkish bath today and it was wonderful! Nobody speaks English well, so I'm going to answer some questions I had. We called and were told we could walk in anytime, but then had someone who spoke Turkish call and they said you need an appointment 24 hrs in advance. I think this is because we added the oil massage. The women and men are separate. Only women working in the womens section. Most women were topless, but some had swimsuit tops. Everyone wears bottoms. I have sensitive skin and find scrub products uncomfortable, but this was not. It was almost like having your back scratched and felt great. The massages are strong, which I like, but you could ask for lighter, I'm sure. The ladies were so kind and walked you through everything. There was nobody asking for tips, but there is a tip box where you pay. There was no pressure. I chose to tip the women who did the wash/scrub and the oil massage individually. They were appreciative. There are additional services, like a clay mask and coffee scrub you can add while there. It cost 1500TL cash only and included the sauna, steamroom, bath/peeling/scrubbing, and massage with oil. It was a great experience and we intend to return before leaving the area. This place is amazing and so cheep the staff are really helpful fully recommend the full package with steam room sauna and hammam scrub then oil massage tip relax and go slowly all in less than £25

I thoroughly enjoyed my first hammami. I can only comment as a male without fluent Turkish. This is a traditional establishment where men and women have separate entrances and experiences. There are seperate prices for the progammes selected and the explanations by the staff were sufficient for what I needed to know. I selected the exfoliation and bubble massage. My personal possessions were secured in my own changing facility which was locked and the general area supervised by working staff members. The steam room was hot as was the sauna. I had to wait a few minutes for the massage selected because it was a Saturday and reasonably busy. I will visit again without hesitation on my next visit to Antalya. I believe the cost was very reasonable.
